Terms and Conditions of the Online Store CSW TOTEM

 

§ 1. Definitions

  1. Store – an online store available at https://cswtotem.pl, through which the Participant makes reservations and payments for courses.
  2. Organizer – CSW TOTEM P. Pysz, E. Szymczyk General Partnership, with its registered office at ul. Stalowa 17, 41-506 Chorzów, NIP: 627 271 83 12, REGON: 241858874.
  3. Course – a training organized by the Organizer, the details of which (type, date, price) are available in the Store.
  4. Participant – a natural or legal person making a course reservation via the Store.
  5. Przelewy24 – an electronic payment operator through which the deposit or full course fee is paid.

 

§ 2. Course reservation

  1. Reservation of a place in a course is possible only after paying a deposit via the Store.
  2. The Store website presents current types, dates, and prices of courses.
  3. The Participant selects a course, date, and possible participation options, adds the course to the cart, and pays the deposit indicated by the platform.
  4. The agreement for participation in the course is concluded and the reservation becomes valid at the moment of:
    1. placing an order in the Store, and
    2. making the deposit payment via Przelewy24.
  5. Payments in the Store can be made exclusively via the Przelewy24 system (Blik, payment card, online transfer). Payments in Euro are possible after changing the currency in the top bar on sklep.cswtotem.pl.
  6. Failure to pay the deposit means no reservation of a place in the course.
  7. After the payment is credited, the Participant receives confirmation of the agreement conclusion and reservation by e-mail.

 

§ 3. Payment of the remaining amount

  1. The remaining part of the course price should be paid before its start by bank transfer to one of the following accounts:
    • PLN account: 60 1160 2202 0000 0003 0005 8166
    • EUR account: IBAN: PL29 1160 2202 0000 0003 0005 9015, BIC (Swift): BIGBPLPW, Bank Millennium
  2. The transfer title should include: participant’s full name, type of training, level, and course date.
    Example: Jan Kowalski – IRATA L1 recert, 10–15.12.2025
  3. Proof of payment should be sent by e-mail to: szkolenia@cswtotem.pl.

 

§ 4. Cancellation of the training

  1. In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the training, the deposit is non-refundable.
  2. In case of cancellation earlier than 10 days before the start of the training, the Participant receives a 100% refund of the deposit.
  3. In case of a serious illness or accident preventing participation in the training, the Participant may reschedule their participation to another available date without losing the deposit.
  4. In such a case, a request along with medical documentation should be sent to: szkolenia@cswtotem.pl.

The deposit serves as a guarantee for both the participant and the organizer. It allows us to reserve training rooms, equipment, and instructors to maintain high training quality. Please make thoughtful reservations.

§ 5. Dates and organization of training

  1. Training dates and the number of available places are shown in the calendar on www.cswtotem.pl/terminy.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to close the registration list if the number of applicants exceeds the number of available places. Admission to a given training in case of excess demand is determined by the order of payment. Applications submitted after the list is closed will be placed on a waiting list.
  3. CSW TOTEM reserves the right to cancel or change the training date without providing a reason. The Participant will be immediately informed of this fact via e-mail sent to the address provided in the form or by phone. In such a case, the Participant may: reschedule the reservation to another date or receive a refund of the paid amount.
  4. The Organizer informs Participants about any changes via e-mail or telephone.
  5. Applications submitted after the list is closed are placed on a waiting list.
  6. In exceptional situations (e.g. instructor absence), the Organizer:
    • appoints another instructor with appropriate qualifications, or
    • reschedules the training to another date.

 

§ 6. Course execution

  1. Trainings take place at the TOTEM Training Center or, in the case of GWO BST/R Offshore courses, at a location designated by the Organizer.
  2. Courses are conducted on the dates specified in the Store.
  3. An invitation to the training along with detailed directions is sent by e-mail 3 days before its start.
  4. Participants are required to comply with health and safety rules and follow the instructions of the training instructors.

 

§ 7. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding courses or Store services should be submitted to: szkolenia@cswtotem.pl.
  2. The Organizer considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt and informs the Participant of the result by e-mail.

 

§ 8. Invoices

  1. Personal and company invoices are sent by the 10th day of the following month to the address provided when filling in data in the Cart.
  2. Additional questions regarding invoices should be directed to: szkolenia@cswtotem.pl  and ksiegowość@cswtotem.pl

 

§ 9. Personal data

  1. The controller of Participants’ personal data is the Organizer.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of contract performance, course management, marketing, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
  3. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to its processing.

 

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the Store website.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the Terms and Conditions. Each change will be published on the Store website and becomes effective on the date of its announcement.
  3. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act and GDPR regulations.
